Dear Colleagues,

                 Greetings to you ! We could receive overwhelming enthusiastic response from many of our colleagues for participating in the MISS 2004.   We had  a exhaustic  planning meeting and following things were broadly discussed and decided and I welcome your suggestions , feed back and response at the earliest .

Dates    :  May 15^th and 16^th

Venue   : Black Thunder at Coimbatore and Coonoor

15.05.2004

Plan      : Reach Mettupalayam on 15^th Morining.  Break fast and lunch in Black Thunder,

               a themepark with various  entertainment  for  kids  Start from Black thunder around

               4.00 p.m to reach  coonoor  around 6.00 p.m.  7.00 to 9.00 p.m.  Banquet and

               camp fire in  Coonoor.  Stay in Coonoor,  Hotel Raga Residency.

16.04.2004      08.00 a.m.        to       10.00 a.m.        MISS 2004 Meeting

                             10.00 a.m.        to         5.00 p.m.        Site Seeing, Entertainments

                              05.00 p.m.        to          6.00 p.m.    MISS 2004 Farewell

                                                 6.00 p.m.                           Return to Coimbatore

     -  Since we will be spending more time for travel, it is decided to travel by common 

         transportation as much as possible.

-   All the members from south will be travelling in a Bus from Nagercoil to Mettupalayam and from

   Black Thunder all of us will be travelling in the same Bus (Two or Three) to reach Coonoor.

-   It is Better we avoid individual car travel from Black Thunder to Coonoor and for those who travel

    from North safe car parking can be provided in Coimbatore.

-  Since we are going to meet nearly 20 years after our first day in TVMC let us try our best to come

   with our family members.

-  We would keep the memories alive by releasing a   Souvenier    with  the special collections of our

  Addresses achievements and Photos will (without Editors note) and hence I request all (including

  those who cannot attend) to send you family photos by post or E-mail to me at the earliest.

- It is roughly estimated including 2 breakfast, 2 lunch, one banquet, Black Thunder entrance fee (300/adult

  and 200/ children),   Stay in Coonoor   and local      transportations will be    around 5,000/-

  couple. It is decided to hold a separate Bank Account in the name of MISS 2004.  and Dr. Peter (M.D.S.

  Scans, Marthandam) will be the treasurer for our     MISS 2004.     Kindly send this money

  at the earliest by cheque (or) D.D (or) cash in favour of MISS 2004. to the Office.

-  It is decided each family will sponsor some complements to all the kids, (or) colleagues as much as

  one wish to do. (A sweet to any thing).

-  Suggestions to make the objectives of     MISS   (Medicos Integrated Service Society) realistic are

   welcome and we should do something to perpetuate this goal.

-  In case you want to extend you stay in Coonoor  kindly     let us know in advance.

-  Kindly fill the enclosed proforma and send to me along with you family photo and cash.

-  Next Board Meeting will be held on 03.04.2004 9.30 at Peace Health Centre, Tirunelveli.
